Chris Grote


Chris is a graduate of CW Post Long Island University with a BS in Physical Education, with a minor in exercise science and a concentration in coaching. He has 21 years of Personal Training experience. He always looks to create a warm and friendly training environment for his clients. He provides his clients a platform to have a balance between caloric needs, strength training and cardio respiratory conditioning. Modalities and intensities of training change fluidly based on a person’s goals and training experience. He takes a goal-oriented approach to each individual client that he trains.
